1. Heat the oil over a medium heat
2. Fry the onions and garlic till soft.
3. Add the potatoes and corned beef and fry till potatoes are golden brown and soft
4. Add the tomatoes, spinach and both seasonings.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Crack the eggs over the hash. Put the lid on and cook for 5 mins or till the whites are cooked.
7. Garnish with spring onions and serve
