• Ingredients:

    Ingredients: (4 PEOPLE)

    1 head of cauliflower

    2 onions

    1 tbl garlic paste

    1 tsp chilli powder

    1 tbl tumericpowder

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp pepper

    1 cup Veg oil

    1.5 cups of water Yoghurt

  • Directions:

    - Cut cauliflower into floret

    - Slice onions and set aside

    - Pour oil into a pan on a high heat

    - Put in the onions and fry for 20 secs on high heat. Then turn it down to medium heat

    - Put in the garlic and fry for another 2 minutes, letting all the flavours combine

    - Put in the cauliflower and mix well

    - Mix in the Tumeric, chilli powder, salt and pepper

    - Pour in one cup of water to make steam. This will soften the cauliflower

    - Continue to mix well. Let it cook for about 3 mins

    - Pour in the half a cup of water and mix well

    - Leave to cook for 4 mins

    - Serve with yoghurt and a bowl of steamed rice
