1. Heat some oil over a medium heat.
2. Cook the garlic and fennel for 2 mins till it takes on colour
3. Add the chickpeas, prawns, spices and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well
4. Add the cooked pasta and a little of the pasta water. Mix well
5. Add the fennel frauds and mix. If it needs a little pasta water, now is the time to put a few teaspoons in. Mix well.
6. Garnish with a little fennel and a squeeze of lemon.
7. Serve.
