- Boil the potatoes till the inside is cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Over a medium heat, fry the onions in a little oil.
- Add the beef mince and cook for 5 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
- Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Cut a lid about ¼ of the height of the potato
- Carve a hole in each potato and remove the inside.
- Drop some butter into the cavity.
- Fill the whole with the beef mince.
- Cover the top of the mince with a little left over potatoe.
- Sprinkle lots of cheese on top.
- Heat some oil in a pan over a medium heat
- Return the potatoes to the pan and cook with the lid on. Let the cheese melt.
- Slice open and enjoy
