MEAT & 2 VEG

  • Ingredients:

    • 12 medium potatoes
    • 2 onions, sliced
    • 500 g Beef Mince
    • 2 cups grated colby cheese
    • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
    • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots Salt and Pepper
    • 2 tbl butter Parsley
  • Directions:

    1. Boil the potatoes .ll the inside is cooked. Drain and set aside.
    2. Over a medium heat, fry the onions in a li=le oil.
    3. Add the beef mince and cook for 5 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
    4. Remove from the heat and set aside.
    5. Cut a lid about ¼ of the height of the potato
    6. Carve a hole in each potato and remove the inside.
    7. Drop some bu=er into the cavity.
    8. Fill the whole with the beef mince.
    9. Cover the top of the mince with a li=le leO over potatoe.
    10. Sprinkle lots of cheese on top.
    11. Heat some oil in a pan over a medium heat
    12. Return the potatoes to the pan and cook with the lid on. Let the cheese melt.
    13. Slice open and enjoy
