Part 2- Go Green!

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 cups cooked pasta
    • 2 cups blitzed spinach
    • 2 onions chopped
    • 8 cloves garlic chopped
    • 2 cups chopped brussels
    • sprouts
    • 2 cups frozen peas
    • 1 cup bacon
    • Curry leaves
    • Oil
    • Butter
  • Directions:

    1. Heat a small amount of oil and a little butter over medium heat

    2. Fry the brussel sprouts unCl they start turning golden.

    3. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 mins.

    4. Add the bacon and mix through. That should season the brussels. Then add a li>le salt pepper and mix well.

    5. Add the peas. Cook for 5 mins

    6. Add the spinach and mix through. You’re just warming it up.

    7. Then add the pasta and combine well.

    8. Serve and enjoy!
