  • Ingredients:

    • 16 sheets of paper (4 per person)
    • 150g of cooked prawns 1
    • 4 cups cooked vermicelli rice noodles
    • 8 lettuce leaves
    • 14 mint leaves
    • 1 cup bean sprouts

    PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE

    • 4 x tbl Peanut Butter smooth
    • 8 tbsp Soy
    • 4 tbsp white vinegar
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • ½ tsp chilli flakes
